1、即日起，可购买北京天文馆3日内（含当日）展厅票、剧场票，每单限额6张。 为确保顺利参观游览，倡导所有人（包括老人、幼儿等优惠人群也须预约展厅票，婴幼儿及70岁以上老人不建议观看特效剧场节目）提前预约购票，一人一票进馆。 可接受团队预约，严禁团队在馆内开展讲解活动。
2、请实名预约购票，配合填写姓名、身份证件及号码、联系电话等信息。
3、符合北京天文馆票价免费及优惠政策的人群，可选择优惠票或免费票，取票、检票时需携带相关证件配合检查。
4、预约购票成功后，请严格按预约时段来馆参观。
5、购买普通票、优惠票人群可凭身份证或二维码入馆。购买免费票的人群（含未成年、60周岁以上老年人）凭身份证入馆，无需换票。其余免费票的人群须持符合免费优惠政策的相关证件到人工窗口取票。
6、退票须知：本站“查看订单”中可对未核验的门票申请退票。展厅票，请在预约的参观时段结束前申请；剧场票和活动票，请在开场前30分钟以上申请。超过退票时限或已核验的门票，无特殊情况恕不退换。
7、北京天文馆地址：北京市西城区西直门外大街138号。北京天文馆无对外停车场，请您注意参观时间，建议您绿色出行。
8、参观路线：从北京天文馆东门入馆，经安全检查后，取票、检票，参观结束从北门离馆。
9、观众入馆参观时建议全程佩戴口罩，与他人保持安全距离。
10、禁止在展厅内吸烟、饮食、扎堆聚集、追逐打闹、大声喧哗等不文明行为，请服从工作人员疏导安排。

1. Starting from today, you can purchase exhibition hall tickets and theater tickets for the Beijing Planetarium within 3 days (including the current day), with a limit of 6 tickets per order. All visitors (including the elderly, young children, and other discounted groups) must book exhibition hall tickets in advance. Infants and seniors over 70 years old are not recommended to watch special effects theater programs. One ticket per person is required for entry. Group reservations are accepted, but group explanations inside the planetarium are strictly prohibited.
2. Please make reservations and purchase tickets in advance under your real name, providing information such as your name, ID document and number, and contact phone number.
3. Those eligible for free or discounted ticket policies at the Beijing Planetarium can choose discounted or free tickets. Please bring relevant documents for inspection when collecting and checking tickets.
4. After successfully booking tickets, please visit the planetarium strictly according to the scheduled time slot.
5. Those who purchase regular or discounted tickets can enter the planetarium with their ID card or QR code. Those who purchase free tickets (including minors and seniors over 60 years old) can enter with their ID card without exchanging tickets. The remaining groups eligible for free tickets must bring relevant documents that comply with the free discount policy to the manned ticket window to collect their tickets.
6. Refund Instructions: Refunds for unverified tickets can be requested in the "View Order" section of this website. For exhibition hall tickets, please apply before the end of the scheduled visit time slot; for theater tickets and event tickets, please apply at least 30 minutes before the start time. Tickets that have exceeded the refund time limit or have been verified cannot be refunded or exchanged without special circumstances.
7. Address of Beijing Planetarium: No. 138 Xizhimenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. The Beijing Planetarium does not have a public parking lot. Please pay attention to the visit time and consider eco-friendly transportation options.
8. Visit Route: Enter the Beijing Planetarium through the East Gate, go through security check, collect and verify tickets, and exit from the North Gate after the visit.
9. Visitors are required to wear masks throughout their visit and maintain a safe distance from others.
10. Smoking, eating, gathering in groups, chasing, roughhousing, making loud noises, and other uncivilized behaviors are prohibited inside the exhibition hall. Please follow the guidance and arrangements of the staff.
